Yoon Gyo Jung

Hello, nice to meet you and welcome to my website. My name is Yoon Gyo Jung (정윤교) and I'm a 4th year Ph.D candidate at Northeastern University Computer Engineering Department, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. I am advised by Prof. Octavia Camps. Prior to starting my Ph.D, I have finished my M.S and B.S at Yonsei University, advised by Prof. Andrew Beng Jin Teoh in Multimedia Security Lab. I have also worked in Computational Vision Lab with Prof. Charless Fowlkess as an undergraduate intern during my exchange program in UC Irvine. I also worked as a research intern at MERL.

Research

I'm interested in computer vision, deep learning, out-of-distribution detection, anomaly detection, biometrics, multi-modal learning, and generative AI. Most of my research is related with out-of-distribution detection inferring the unknown out-distributions of neural networks.
